WHAT WE MAKE / OUR GARMENTS

We don’t screen print on CC, Gildan, LAA, ect. every garment for the Valiant Merchant brand is our own in-house custom cut & sew - this includes tees, hoodies, long sleeves & shorts. Our main inspiration for our custom cut & sew garments range from: Stussy, Independent, Ecko (the early 2000s stuff), AS Colour and among others. It's worthwhile to learn the sizing of the brand as we aren't changing any garment blueprints up.

All of our designs are hand screen printed that include:

  • Stitched size tags
  • Custom hang tags
  • Custom packaging
  • Free sticker packs

All garments are pre-shrunk to minimise shrinkage. Cold wash inside out and hang dry only.

Treat it properly. These aren’t mass-produced.

WHY IT'S LIMITED

Everything is pre-order only. We are a two man team here at Valiant Merchant and we plan to keep it that way for quality control reasons. 

Once the window closes, that drop is done. No restocks are planned. We might sometimes print stuff behind the scenes and randomly drop it on the site in the IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP section on the site but don't count on that for any of the drops.

We keep it this way to avoid mass production and keep every release limited.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re based in Australia and ship worldwide. Everything is Australian made.

Shipping costs are reduced as much as possible, but international shipping is expensive. In many cases, we cover part of the cost ourselves and try our best to always include freebies such as sticker packs for every order. We also lowered the shipping for our non-licensed drops to compensate for the bullshit U.S. tariffs. A lot of this stuff is out of our control.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

All orders go into production after the pre-order window closes.

Production:
3-4 weeks

Dispatch:
5-8 business days

These are realistic timeframes but delays can happen, most orders arrive much sooner than you would expect. For our larger licensed collections, due to the nature of hundreds to thousands of orders - the timeframe can be 5-7 weeks for production. Just stick with us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

No returns for change of mind. We only replace pieces if:

  • There is a defect
  • The print is incorrect
  • The item does not match what was advertised

Check the sizing guide before ordering. It's worthwhile to learn our brand and the sizing as everything is our own custom cut & sew.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is marked as delivered, you’ll need to contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If the address entered at checkout was incorrect, you’ll need to cover the reshipping cost.
